I got a definite match up for Charles Coffin Andrews (who is my '1st cousin 5x removed') with the Massachusetts, Death Records, 1841-1915. Here is what I found out:

Death Date: 28 Apr 1897
Death Place: Boston, Massachusetts, USA
Age at Death: 78
Father: Elmer
Mother: Hannah Woodman

The only thing that I have that differs from the above info is that I have his father listed as Elisha Andrews.
